VALDOSTA – Valdosta State University received a gift from AT&T in the amount of $3,500 to support scholarship opportunities and assist with student retention.

The gift will be used in conjunction with other annual fund gifts to support the university’s mission and provide financial assistance to outstanding and deserving VSU students.
Contributions toward scholarships allow the university to attract highly qualified and motivated students who increase the overall academic profile of the VSU student body.
"AT&T has been a long-time corporate partner with VSU and we are very grateful for their continued support of student scholarships," said John Crawford, vice president for Advancement and CEO of the VSU Foundation Inc.
